1. How do I know if I have unclaimed funds?
If we’ve contacted you, it’s because our research team has identified funds in your name. If you’re unsure, reach out to us for a free check. It is extremely important to contact us ASAP if you recieve a phone call, a post card or a letter from us, because the time to file your claim might be limited before the government keeps your funds.
2. Is this a scam?
Absolutely not. We are a legitimate company that specializes in helping individuals claim money that is rightfully theirs. We never ask for any upfront payments, and we only get paid when you do. In fact! We are willing to give you upfront 10% of the gross funds that are being held by the government once you sign our documents. This is considered good faith money to earn your trust and you will recieve the good faith funds between 7 to 10 days after signing our documents.
3. How long does the process take?
The timeframe varies based on the specific case and jurisdiction, but most claims are processed around 3 to 6 months, sometimes faster depending on the agency that is holding the funds.
4. Do I have to pay anything upfront?

6. What documents do I need to claim my funds?

The only requirement is a copy of your photo identification. A current and valid driver’s license, passport, or any government-issued photo ID will suffice. Our notary will make a copy of your photo ID, and that will be all we need from you in terms of documentation.
